We offer free Webex-based demo’s twice per week for Retailers and other Catalog Readers. “Reply” to me if you want more info on how to sign up. Publisher reps: we can also work with you to schedule training. Just let us know.

TIP OF THE WEEK

Every reader/retailer organization within Edelweiss has at least one user administrator designated within the system.  This user has the ability to go into the “Administration Center” and can add or delete users, grant “Admin” access to other users,  control the order of the onscreen store listing for multi-store retailers, and configure a variety of parameters related to the import/export capabilities of Edelweiss.  Let us know if you have any questions about the Administration Center features.  It can be accessed using the “Admin” link in the upper right corner of the page, just below the keyword search box.

CATALOGS (PUBLISHED)

Many new catalogs to report this week.  Mass market catalogs for January from HarperCollins and Penguin, and HarperCollins posted the individual imprint catalogs for Winter 2010.  In addition, Disney has published its first catalog within Edelweiss (Winter 2010) with many high quality interior illustrations and other content, so be sure to check it out.  Finally, Microsoft Press published their first catalogs within Edelweiss, including a full catalog including backlist titles and a small list of Windows 7 related titles.  See the list below for all of the new catalogs that are now available within Edelweiss.

CATALOGS (IN PROCESS)

The following catalogs are loaded into the system and should be available either as rep mailings or in the Available Catalogs section shortly.

  • Ingram Publisher Services Winter 2010

Let me know if you’d like an email notification when the catalogs are up and available.

As always, email me or edelweiss@abovethetreeline.com if you have any problems or questions.
