Mark,
New Catalogs
Penguin published a list in honor of banned books week, and Scholastic published a special catalog for drop-ins.  These Scholastic titles are also listed in the drop-in section of the email.  Jump to the catalog link in this email by clicking here.

Regional Trade Shows
We've updated our section from last week about the regional trade show catalog companions.  See the info below on which new catalogs have been activated for the upcoming shows this coming weekend.

Also, check out our help section area on using the trade show catalogs (booksellers and publishers.)

Simple Guide to Ordering in Edelweiss
New users to Edelweiss may find this very simple guide to creating their first (or second :-) ) Edelweiss order helpful.  It's geared towards those who really just need to create an order in the system that their rep will take; since they won't be uploading it into their POS system, they don't need to worry about formatting the title details in any special way.

Regional Trade Show Catalog Companions
blossom
Last week, the fall trade show began with NAIBA in Atlantic City, New Jersey, SIBA in Daytona Beach, Florida, and MIPIBA in Denver, Colorado.  The shows continue through October.

As many of you know, the regional bookseller association trade shows are an important forum for booksellers, librarians, and other book industry professionals to network, share ideas, learn about trends, and learn about key forthcoming titles.  We've partnered with eight of the nine shows to provide a digital catalog companion within Edelweiss: an easy way to quickly find, browse, tag, and order to the key titles from the shows.

To check out the listings, go to the main trade shows page in Edelweiss.  At this point, Books@NAIBA, Books@SIBA, and Books@MBIPA are all active.  In addition, catalogs for the upcoming shows Books@NEIBA and Books@MBA were just activated on Friday.

For tips on how to use the Books@ catalogs, go our help page on this topic.
To learn how to list your titles, email tradeshows@abovethetreeline.com.
