New Features: Rep Ordering and Order Sort
blossom
Rep Ordering is Here!

If you are a sales rep working with accounts that don't use Edelweiss to enter orders, you can now use it to record orders on their behalf. It means you can take orders as a buyer reads the paper catalog, or just peruses your markup online in Edelweiss, and decides on order quantities. Then you'll be able to use the order in any way that you would normally use the orders created by buyers - to export to Excel, import to another system, or simply email to customer service or print.

You will see the option to Create Order on both your Orders tab, and at the top right of a catalog page.

For details, please see these help articles.

Sorting Orders

We've long been asked about the possibility of sorting order lines directly in the Export Preview screen, and with this release, we have added the option to do just that.  You can sort by any column included in your export format - catalog name and the sequence number, title, store number, and so on, either so that your exported file is sorted that way, or just to review the order in different ways.
