Greetings!
We're happy to have Nolo joining Edelweiss.  See the press release right here.

We have new catalogs from Baker, Hachette, IPS, Tyndale and W.W. Norton- see the list below.

We also an unusually long list (CLL, or "crazy long list") of drop-ins to share with you from the past week.  Hope these are helpful - always feel free to send in suggestions on things you would like to see.

In other news, we're launching a couple of new features this week, including a redesigned title detail page and a new Market View feature that will allow for catalog groupings that are appropriate to broad customer groups.  For example, Christian publishers can be grouped together for CBA stores.  See more about this new feature further along in this email.

Cheers,

Mark

P.S.  For those of you attending BookExpo in late May, please drop by our booth and say "hi" - we're in booth # 4417 and we'd love to see you.

New Feature: Market View
blossom
In the next few days, we'll be implementing a new feature called Market View that will allow publishers to designate individual catalogs for visibility to particular markets.  Initially, this will be most relevant to the CBA publishers and retailers, but other new markets will be introduced over time.

When this goes live, you will notice a new option next to the Edelweiss logo at the top of the screen.  Using this new control, you can select your preferred market view.  By default, everyone will be set to the "Trade" view.  If you do nothing, then nothing about your Edelweiss experience will change - all the same publishers and catalogs that you normally see will still be available.

If you switch markets, you will see a different list of publishers and catalogs appropriate to the view you have selected.  The system will remember your selection the next time you log on.  We're excited to introduce this new feature to help Christian publishers and retailers to connect and collaborate via Edelweiss more effectively than ever before.  As always, let us know if you have feedback or suggestions.  Thanks!
