A round-up here. hello hello is a brand new bookstore owned and operated solely by Lacy Simons (who some of you may have known as @rockcitybooks on Twitter.) Lacy formerly managed the bookstore portion of Rock City Books & Coffee (which began its life in Rockland, Maine 20 years ago as Second Read Books & Coffee) and recently purchased that portion from its owner, Susanne Ward, and reconfigured the business. hello hello, sells both new and used books and operates adjacent to Rock City Cafe--otherwise the regulars would riot--and you can study its behaviors at http://www.hellohellobooks.com/ and on Twitter at @hellohellobooks.
